Delete your account

You can delete your Ambiful Abroad account yourself, from inside the app, at any time. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

From the app

1. Open Ambiful Abroad and sign in.
2. Tap the profile icon at the top right of any tab to open Profile.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your login (email), your profile answers, your checklist progress, your applications list, the people you asked for recommendation letters, your family links, the documents you attached and your Pro pass records. All of it, at once. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own record of any purchase, as payment rules require. We keep no backup copy of your account after deletion beyond the short retention of routine database backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@ambiful.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm by reply once it is done, normally within 7 days.
